What does the 14-day free trial include?
The free trial gives you 14 days to explore Resumello with 5 AI-generated resumes per month, 5 cover letters per month, and full job application tracking. After 14 days you'll automatically continue on the Standard plan at $9.99/month. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period — there are no cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your career profile, saved jobs, and previously generated documents are all preserved. You simply won't be able to generate new resumes beyond your plan's monthly limit until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with Resumello, contact us within 30 days of your charge and we'll work with you to make it right.
